We understand that arranging a funeral can place unexpected financial pressure on families at an already difficult time. To help make funeral costs more manageable, we offer a simple 0% interest payment arrangement on our Funeral Director’s Fees.
How Our Payment Plan Works
Before the funeral takes place, families are required to pay:
- All third-party costs and disbursements in full, including:
- Crematorium or cemetery fees
- Minister or celebrant fees
- Church fees
- Floral tributes
- Newspaper notices
- Any other external charges
- The first monthly instalment towards the Funeral Director’s Fees
The remaining Funeral Director’s Fees can then be spread over up to 12 monthly payments at 0% interest.

Eligibility
Payment plans are subject to approval and may require:
- Proof of identity and address
- Proof of income or affordability
- A signed payment agreement
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw a payment arrangement where necessary.
Important Notes
The payment arrangement applies to Funeral Director’s Fees only and does not include third-party disbursements, which must be paid before the funeral date.
If monthly payments are missed, the outstanding balance may become immediately due and payable.
