Can't believe it was only 7 days ago we laud our mother to rest.Just want take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Evergreen Funeral Services , they was truly amazing with sorting everything even though i was annoying to make it perfectfor our mother, plus the effort they put in to make our life's easier so we could grieve was beyond anything. Plus getting our mother ashes back to me today was truly appreciated.I can't thank them enough.Truly amazing, professional, and so understanding 👏 🙌

We recently used evergreen for the funeral of my husband. From that first phone call they were friendly and respective of our grief. They reassured us that my husband would be well looked after. Even after he was there I rang for something and they said no problem. Garry and all the staff couldn't have been any nicer. Alastair who did the service for us was very helpful in getting a good impression of my husbands life and likes . Thankyou for making a very difficult time less painfull.

My Son's funeral that was in 2020, was perfect! Evergreen went out their way and catered every need that was required of them. 5 years on, I asked them for a forgotten piece of music which was played on my Son's entry into the Chapel. A friend of mine wanted it for her Husbands funeral. Steve went out of his way on a Saturday to chase it up from the funeral computer and was able to give it to me. They are the Best!

We recently used the services of Evergreen for our dad. From the very first phone call we were reassured that our dad would be treated with the upmost dignity and care and throughout the process we continued to feel that reassurance. It has been, the most difficult time in our lives, so having the care and professionalism from Gary and the whole team really did help to ease our grief somewhat.Gary suggested Mike as a celebrant for dads funeral, thank you for this, he managed to capture our dad so well and gave him the best send off we could have wished for.Thank you to the whole team for everything.

A much belated review of being resqued by Evergreen at a traumatic time when my Mum died made worse by problems dealing with my chosen crematorium. Ellie persisted with giving my Mum the funeral she would have wanted even ringing me from a wedding on her day off with news of progress! Evergreen showed such respect & flexibility over my funeral wishes and what I was able to afford and I am deeply grateful. Thank you so much.

This was our first time using Evergreen and oh my the whole team were just simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble they let us take our time on our first visit to them, to giving us time and space with our loved one. They had done an amazing job with my Pops and he just looked like 'him'. Even though it was a team effort no matter who I saw or spoke to always made feel welcome and at ease but I must say thank you to Stephen as he was the main man on the day .... Thank you, thank you to you all. You made what isn't a great experience in life a while lot easier and nicer xx

Evergreens looked after our daughter and helped us give her the best send off possible. They were amazing from beginning to end. From the first phone call that I never wanted to make, Gary made me feel safe and confident that they could take care of our the needs of our family. They handled everything and took care of things when I wasn't able to think or decide what to do. Losing a daughter is horrific, but Evergreens had the experience and kindness to ease the pain of organising a funeral. Would highly recommend.

The care you’ve given, from the first extremely difficult phone call to the beautiful service you and Celebrant Simon gave for our wonderful Mum, also how you listened and incorporated our wishes for our wonderful Dad too. These people went above and beyond to help us is such a hard time they treat us and my step dad who had passed with so much respect, they really helped us threw such a hard time and made the who proses a lot easier, the building it’s self is beautiful, calming and clean and you won’t find nicer more respectful people to help in these situations and I would definitely recommend them

After a very traumatic few months dealing with my wife's illness and her passing away the care and compassion received from Evergreen (Steve and Gary) was exceptional. No request was refused and cannot thank them enough including the staff at Llelley Fields.

Steve and Gary really were the best we could have asked for, they did everything possible to make the whole process so easy for us. They were so respectful, always considered our wishes for my mum and did everything possible to make it happen. Even when they were doing their jobs and focusing on the tasks they had to complete on the first night we called them, they heard every concern we had and listened so well that they took everything we wanted for her on board even with the strong emotions coming out. They handled her with such dignity and looked after her perfectly. We are so grateful for the dedication to respecting both our wishes and her personally, they really did more than we could have asked for and helped give her the perfect celebration of her life. Thank you so much to Steve and Gary, you really helped make the most horrible time less stressful, and you did it with compassion for our entire family. Evergreen handled the funeral of my mother. Their service was very good, their handling of the required paperwork was top notch, the service at the crematorium was dignified, they were very helpful in getting it all done properly.

If I could give 6 stars I would, right from the very first phone call Steve and Gary were there for us as a family. We'd never had to organise a funeral before and at a time when we were coming to terms with losing Dad they made everything stress free and have been amazingly supportive. Me and my mum were very happy with evergreen funeral services. We had some issues dealing with our funeral but Steve and Gary were very helpful and professional when it came to sorting things out. We truly appreciate the service they organised for us and we recommend the place to anyone.

Having just experienced losing Mum and whilst trying to make sense of the grief and pain my sister and I found we also needed to organise Mums funeral. To say thank you to Steve and the team doesn't even start to cover it, they helped us every step of the way to ensure Mum got the send off she wanted and we could feel that we hadn't let her down. Mum had left us specific instructions on a number of things which included a very specific woven casket she had cut out of a newspaper. Steve went above and beyond and found the perfect version of it that was absolutely beautiful. As a humanist service Steve recommended Mike who was the perfect person to lead the memories and tributes to Mum. They went above and beyond from the first contact to the day of the funeral. I could spend pages listing everything but in short i would use them for my own funeral, i don't think i can give a higher recommendation than that. I would also say Lelley Fields was a beautiful location for the cremation and Pitch 21 just down the road for the after service food and drinks.
